The 'Wellfleeter' is sited on approximately 2.25 acres of land for 20 detached cottages, with a premium location on Wellfleet Harbor with a 400' private beach! Our cottage is in a quiet corner of the complex, just a peek of the water from the cottage, but you are a 'stone's throw' from the PRIVATE beach and close to ALL Wellfleet Harbor's amenities -- boat rentals, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, town pier, restaurants, live-theater, concerts, etc.

This is a beach vacation with all the comforts of life! The freshly painted and updated cottage with a vaulted living room with ceiling fan has a slider to the private deck. The living room has a new 42" flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. The open plan leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area, also having a ceiling fan. The first floor also has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other has a queen bed. The full bath has a tub/shower.

The full basement has lots to offer! There is a 1-car garage under for your use and/or storage of your bikes and beach things. Through the basement walk-out there is a finished family room which can double as a third bedroom. This room has a seating area, TV, and a full sized bed. The basement has a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.

Did I say private beach on Wellfleet Harbor? Also for your use: a one-car garage for your storage, a recycling shed in the complex, and boat rack for your kayak/canoe.

Bed and bath linens may provided by the landlord @ $15.00/pp at the request of tenant.
