2nd floor: This floor includes a great room including a dining area that comfortably sits 8-10 people, a kitchen and a living area and a half bath. Sliding glass doors lead to the upper level deck which overlooks Vineyard Sound, the Elizabeth Islands and Menemsha and includes a gas grill and deck furniture. This is truly an indoor/outdoor living house.

Amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, CD player, satelite color TV VCR, ceiling fans, telephone, gas grill, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, outside shower, beach chairs and towels, linens.

Beach: Private beach; 1.5 miles to Philpin Beach
