There is a terrific yard with lots of wonderful mature trees and foliage. Although it is intown, the cottage is set far back from the road and is very quiet and private. This home is perfect for one or two couples or a couple with children. The neighborhood is located in the historic area and is a well established, quiet, year-round neighborhood. There are several play areas for childern within walking distance.
Rental price:	$1400/week Peak-season $800-$1200/week Off-season
1st floor:	Open design area. The first floor has a living area and new, modern kitchen and bath. Lots of nice touches and woodwork. Washer/Dryer
2nd floor:	Two Bedrooms; one bedroom has a full bed and second bedroom has two full beds. All beds have new support mattresses and one bed has an additional feather mattress. linens, blankets and down comforters available.
Amenities:	The kitchen has a gas stove and an above range microwave, coffee grinder, coffeemaker and toaster. Iron w/board, washer/dryer, telephone, cable color TV/VCR, radio, fans. Outside: rear deck, yard, outside shower, Gas grill, table and chairs.
Beach:	4 blocks to the Vineyard Haven town beaches
Restrictions:	6 person max. no pets/smoking
