It is a unique rental property because guests renting the house have daily (light) housekeeping and the option of breakfast served to them.

$2000 to $4500/week Off-season

1st floor: Living room with fireplace, newly decorated in an elegant country style. Dining room with table that is perfect for dinner parties, seats ten to twelve people. Large country kitchen. Comfortable screened porch. The Lincoln Room, on the first floor has a queen bed/fireplace/private bathroom, TV and AC.

2nd floor: 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms all with AC.
3 bedrooms have queen beds.
2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds.

Amenities: Beautiful grounds for wedding receptions or other social gatherings. Property manager is available for assistance.

Beach: Two blocks to town beach of Vineyard Haven.

Restrictions: No pets. 12 people maximum
