Photo Submission Details

Your Photo Page listing includes three photos. Additional photos are $30 each/calendar year. You do not need to submit photos immediately to place your listing, we can add them later.

All photos will be formatted (cropped) to a standard 4x6 horizontal, 6x4 vertical or 4x10 horizontal panoramic ratio.


Sending prints by mail:
For best results we will scan and color correct your photos at no extra charge (8x10 inch maximum, prints only). If you want the photos returned you must include an addressed return envelope with proper postage. Please include a short caption for photos 2-6 (first photo has no caption).

Sending digital photos by e-mail:
You can submit your photos in digital form as an e-mail attachment to:

Photos should be at least 240x360 pixels for horizontal or vertical photos or 200x500 pixel for panoramics.

Accepted file formats:

• jpeg (the standard for most digital cameras) - set to “best quality”, “maximum”, “quality:100%”, or no compression.
• pict - set to 32bits/pixel, compression none
• bmp - set to 24bit depth or higher
• Photoshop RGB - standard settings
• other - Too confusing? Just send what you have, we can usually make it work.

For best results send a larger version (about 6x8 inches) with no file compression. Be sure to include your name and property ID information (address and phone number) with your photos. Please include a short caption for photos 2-6 (first photo has no caption).
