Summerhome.com has two types of vacation home listings available:

1. The Text Listing (no photo - $48/year).
2. The Photo Page (an individual web page with five photos - $120/year).

Listings run for the calendar year. All listings placed or renewed today will be active through the 2013 calendar year and expire on 12/31/13.

Renewals submitted January through September are good for the current calendar year. Renewals submitted Oct 1 - December 31 are good through the following calendar year as well. This makes it easy to remember and a good opportunity to update your prices for the next year's rental season.

a Photo Page
An individual web page with five photos is only $120 per calendar year. A Summerhome.com Photo Page includes up to 5 photos of your home with a text description, rental rates, contact name, phone, and e-mail link. Your page includes a link from the Summerhome.com area index page with a "view photo" camera icon. Your listing can also include a link to a free rentor's.org availability calendar. Additional photos can be added for $30 each/year.
