Planning your summertime escape? I have a cottage in Eastham available for rent. This small comfortable cottage is in a quiet pine grove, just a short walk to Thumpertown beach on Cape Cod Bay. The interior has been renovated and updated with central heat, white walls, new electrical/lighting, and bathroom. New in 2007 are the kitchen cabinets which are cherry with a soapstone countertop. Sunny and clean with quality furnishings, well decorated. Includes a washer & dryer, cable TV, WiFi broadband internet, fireplace, barbecue, outdoor shower, and cathedral ceilings with exposed beams.
Eastham is on the outer cape between Wellfleet and Orleans. The National Seashore has two Atlantic beaches in Eastham and several nature trails and bike paths. The sandy bayside beach is a short walk from the cottage for sunbathing, warm swimming at high tide, and sunsets over the water.

One with double bed, one with two twin beds, each with a dresser and clothes rack. Bedrooms are small and have a divider wall which is open to the cathedral ceiling (provides visual privacy but doesn't block sound).

Secluded yard at end of quiet side road (not a thru street), picnic table, 2 adarondak chairs, enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold), Webber grill, beach chairs (in basement storage), clothes line, hammock.
