The "BoatHouse" is a 3 bedroom bungalow situated on a dune top, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Facing due west, the cottage with wrap-around deck offers a sensational vantage point for sunsets. Warm tides and shallow water make the bay enjoyable for swimming, and the tidal changes create a dynamic and often spectacular backdrop.
While the Boat House has been expanded and recently renovated, it has a history dating back over 100 years. The original structure is believed to be one of a small colony of cottages that was situated on Billingsgate Island (now Billingsgate Shoal -- submerged at high tide), and was floated to it's current location during the late 1800's. The interior has natural wood paneling throughout and the living room ceiling exhibits the original hand-hewn boards. Visitors are often taken with the rugged, yet relaxing and authentic charm of the cottage.

Private stairway to beach and outside hot shower

2007 Rates:
Peak season: $2600/week
Shoulder weeks: $1400-$2200/week
Off season: $900-$1400/week
Rentals are per week (from Saturday to Saturday) and include utilities, local phone calls, trash pick-up and color/cable TV. Linens and towels are not provided but can be supplied for an additional fee. Check-in time is Saturday, after 2:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM the following Saturday.
Reservations are first-come-first-serve. A deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is due at the time of reservation and the balance is due one month prior to the rental period. In the event of a cancellation, any deposits or payments collected will be refunded upon the re-rental of the property.
